My Viofo A129 Pro Duo was 16 months old when the USB socket became faulty. I contacted Viofo in China who quickly replied and after a couple of emails decided to replace it under warranty. Instead of sending it back to China, I contacted Viofo UK and they recommended sending the cam back to them. Within a week I had a new Dashcam, thanks to everyone at Viofo UK

I had the A129 duo bought for Christmas, I had it on 3 times and it started to go faulty - not turning on. As soon as i emailed the UK based customer service, David was outstanding with product knowledge and wanted to try everything before having to send it back. Unfortunately i had to send it to him and his manager. Within 1 week of communication i was posting the product back - i was emailed with confirmation of the fault and another new camera was posted back to me with 4 days. The new camera is perfect and working so well. This team are fantastic and will help you and support you in all ways. Lovely team, quick turn around and great customer service in communication also. I highly recommend the product and team

Everything was fine, product arrived and was exactly as described. The only thing I could criticise them for was the lack of communication. I received no email confirming the order or anything (except the review request) after. A little more communication wouldn't go amiss.

I wanted to take out their extended warranty but was unsure whether I had the right information… I emailed this to VioUK and the response I received was ….’ We suppose this one will do’! Not the most courteous of reply. I have just received excellent customer support from the UK distributors (Steve) … the email I received was from the manufacturer in China.

This is the second A119 ( V3 Model) Viofo Dash Cam I have purchased from VIOFO I bought my first A119 in June 2021.. It is fitted Front view. It has given me great peace of mind whilst driving on our busy roads and some very "unsociable" drivers! I was rear ended in 2016 but unfortunately I did not have a rear Dash Cam at that time. Following that I - installed a rear camera. Having changed my car recently I decided again, to hardwire a rear Camera.

Very quick delivery. This is my second Viofo A119V3 as I droped my last one. The dash cam is very easy to set up and use. The picture is excellent and very clear.

Very happy with the setup. I've had to turn down the sensitivity of the G shock sensor due to the roads being so bad around here (Nottingham) I've got a 256gb sd card and this saves about 3 - 4 days worth of recording at 6 - 7 hours driving per day

Great experience, I brought the A129 Pro duo 4K dash cam. It came very well packaged and arrived on time. A really good product.

Having seen various videos from these cameras I thought that I’d take the plunge and buy a set, front and rear. A pleasure to install and most intuitive to set up, I only read the manual afterwards! Being able to view live on my phone was a great help in setting up the rear camera. Although if you haven’t had experience of installing such things before I’d advice paying someone to fit this in a Range Rover???? the rear camera mounting location is challenging!

The camera arrived exactly when expected is easy to set up and everything just works 1st time smoothly. Unlike a previous big brand camera that I used to have. Glad I made the change.

Have a new car arriving soon. Bought this in advance and yet to have installed. Have tested that both front and rear cameras work using the usb power supply connected to my laptop. Install sd card and recorded a short piece video which saved onto card and reviewed on laptop. All working outside of car will update when installed in car.

The A129 Pro is quite frankly the best dashcam I've ever owned. Having previously had Nextbase, Ape-Man, Aukey and Blackview in the past, the A129 Pro blows them all out of the water, and blows them out a distance, it's not even close! Would recommend them to anyone!

Great customer service.

This is our second camera from Viofo. Going in the wife's Mini convertible retirement treat. I have had our first camera in my car for over a year with no problem at all. Great camera at good price unlike the Next Base top end camera before which packed up shortly after the warranty expired. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Viofo.

Great quality products and speedy delivery

After a thorough review of the alternatives, I chose the A129Plus as suitable for me. Ordering was easy. I was lucky to have a voucher entitling me to a free memory card. I am very grateful for that. Fitting to an MX5 was fairly straightforward. The fusebox is tight for hardwiring, but is not overly difficult once all the necessary trim is removed. I had to make a bracket to mount the rear camera behind the seats so that the camera could be used with the roof in the up or down position. There is plenty of room to hide the cable behind the trim after feeding the cable under the door threshold trim. All in all happy with the service, the fitting and the function of the camera set. Hope I never need to refer to it in anger!
