A model-specific replacement adhesive pad or mount for refitting the VIOFO camera listed above after moving the camera, replacing a windscreen or renewing an older adhesive fixing.
Designed for the VIOFO model / camera position stated in the product name: Double Adhesive 3M Mount VS1. Front and rear mount shapes are not interchangeable.
The adhesive footprint and mount geometry are designed around the VS1 mount, so replacing the original with the correct part keeps the camera aligned and securely supported.
Do not trim a different VIOFO pad to fit. Front, rear, IR, cabin and telephoto mounts can use different shapes even within the same camera family.
Remove old adhesive residue, clean and dry the glass, then press the replacement firmly into place. A static sticker can be used where appropriate to make future removal cleaner.
The same preparation principles apply when replacing a supported adhesive mount or pad.
For a reliable refit, use a fresh pad on clean, dry surfaces rather than trying to reactivate the original adhesive.
Not necessarily. VIOFO uses model- and position-specific pads, so match both the camera family and front/rear position.
Remove old adhesive residue and clean and dry the area thoroughly before applying the new pad. Press firmly and allow the adhesive to bond before loading the mount.
