The A329S 1CH puts the flagship A329S platform into a front-only system: native 4K recording up to 60fps, Sony STARVIS 2 imaging, Wi-Fi 6, USB 3.0 direct transfer, external SSD storage up to 4TB and the full advanced parking feature set.

Choose the 1CH version when front evidence is the priority but you still want the A329S platform's recording speed, transfer performance, SSD storage and advanced parking features.

The front camera uses a Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 1/1.8-inch 8MP sensor with an F1.8 lens and 140° field of view. It can record 4K 60fps, or switch to 4K 30fps when HDR is enabled.
Sony STARVIS 2 8MP sensor, F1.8 lens and 140° field of view.
Switch from 60fps to 30fps when dynamic range is more important than maximum frame rate.
A simpler installation when you do not need a rear or cabin camera.
Location, speed and time can be recorded alongside the video.
The 1/1.8-inch 8MP IMX678 sensor provides the pixel count for native 4K while STARVIS 2 improves low-light sensitivity and dynamic range.

HDR balances bright and dark parts of a scene to retain more useful detail around headlights, shadows, tunnels and reflective number plates.

At 3840×2160, 60fps captures twice as many frames per second as 30fps. That improves temporal detail in fast-moving scenes; HDR is available when you switch the front camera to 4K 30fps.
4K 60fps gives moving vehicles, signs and road detail more temporal information in playback. It is the mode to choose when motion smoothness matters most.
Use 4K 60fps when smoother movement and fast-road detail are the priority.
Use 4K 30fps HDR when headlights, shadows and reflective surfaces create the tougher scene.
Wi-Fi 6 handles everyday app access, USB 3.0 provides a faster direct route on compatible phones, while voice control and quad-mode GPS add useful driving context without requiring constant interaction with the screen.
Wi-Fi 6 can reach up to 30MB/s on the 5GHz band in an interference-free environment. Under the stated test conditions, a one-minute 4K clip can reach a phone in under ten seconds.

Use the VIOFO App for live view, settings, playback and downloads without removing the memory card.
Connect a compatible USB 3.0 phone directly and transfer at up to 55MB/s under the published iPhone 15 Pro Max test. The same connection can also be used for firmware updates. A USB 3.0 data cable is optional.
Start recording, take a photo and switch Wi-Fi using supported spoken commands; voice notifications also report settings and memory-card errors.
Built-in GPS uses GPS, BeiDou, Galileo and GLONASS to record location, speed and time with the journey.
Download footage first when you want to review its GPS route in the VIOFO App or VIOFO PC player.
On a 1CH installation there is only one active view. Multiplex becomes relevant if the A329S platform is expanded to a compatible multi-camera configuration.
The A329S platform supports high-endurance microSD cards up to 512GB and external SSD storage up to 4TB. SSD support is useful for long driving tours, high-mileage use and retaining far more footage before overwriting.
External SSD support is especially useful on a high-bitrate 4K 60fps camera. With suitable power and the optional VIOFO SSD cable, compatible drives up to 4TB can extend recording capacity dramatically.

The A329S can record to compatible external SSD storage and back up important footage from the microSD card to the SSD.
Footage stored on the microSD card can be backed up to a connected SSD, reducing repeated use of the card for clips you want to retain and creating a second high-capacity store inside the vehicle.

A329S goes beyond the usual three parking modes. With the right power setup it adds Low Power Impact Detection and Hybrid Parking Recording, while Smart Geofencing can stop parking recording in trusted locations where you do not need it.
HK4 supports conventional ACC hardwired parking operation. HK6 adds the A329S platform's advanced Hybrid Parking behaviour, cut-off voltage features and Bluetooth battery-voltage display. A compatible VIOFO battery pack is another option when you want parking power isolated from the vehicle battery.
When the vehicle is off, the camera can wait in standby with impact detection active. After an impact it wakes in around two seconds and records a one-minute clip, reducing power demand compared with continuous parking recording.
Super Night Vision works with parking time-lapse to improve very dark scenes. Time-lapse records without audio at 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 / 10fps, reducing storage and power use while retaining a visual record of the parked vehicle.
The A329S platform combines standard recording modes with low-power impact monitoring, hybrid switching and geofenced parking control.
Normal footage runs in selectable loop lengths. The adjustable G-sensor can automatically protect a clip after an impact so it is not lost to normal overwrite behaviour.
Choose 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 / 10-minute loop files. When the G-sensor detects a collision or impact, the relevant footage can be locked against normal loop overwrite.

Use a high-endurance card built for sustained dash-cam writing; the supported maximum capacity is 512GB.
No internal lithium battery. A supercapacitor is used for in-vehicle reliability across the published temperature range.
The high-resolution screen gives direct access to status and settings without requiring the app for every adjustment.
Built-in audio recording, voice control and spoken notifications are all part of the main unit.
The supplied 45W dual-USB-C car charger powers the camera for normal use. HK4/HK6 hardwiring is optional for parking operation; HK6 is required for the advanced hybrid/cut-off-voltage behaviour.
The supplied charger includes two Type-C ports and an indicator light, so the dash cam does not have to consume the vehicle's only convenient charging output.

The front CPL-200 is included and can reduce reflections and road glare that would otherwise overlay the recorded image.
The supplied car charger provides two Type-C ports and can power the dash cam while leaving another USB-C output available.
CPL-200 for the front camera is included in the box.
The centre button protects the current clip; two side buttons can be assigned shortcuts. Published control distance is up to 5 metres.
Unlock Hybrid Parking, cut-off voltage behaviour and Bluetooth vehicle-battery voltage display.
Mount the BTR200 within easy reach for clip protection and configurable shortcut functions without reaching for the camera.
