ViofoUK is a UK-based retailer specialising in VIOFO dash cameras and genuine accessories. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Where supported, card payments require successful completion of 3D Secure authentication to help protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions.
Orders may be delayed or cancelled where payment verification cannot be completed.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.
Whilst we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and delays caused by couriers are outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with ViofoUK until payment has been received in full.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.
Manufacturers may update product specifications without prior notice, and minor differences in appearance or packaging may occur.
Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure any products purchased are suitable for your vehicle and intended use before ordering.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of dash cameras complies with all applicable laws and regulations within the country in which the products are used.
ViofoUK accepts no responsibility for any misuse of products or failure to comply with local legislation.

From time to time we may recommend independent installation services.
These installers are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of ViofoUK.
Any issues relating to installation workmanship, fitting charges or installation guarantees must be resolved directly with the installer.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Personal information is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Klarna
If you choose Klarna as your payment method, your personal information will be processed by Klarna in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.
Payment options are subject to Klarna's eligibility criteria and approval.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to the above, ViofoUK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of products supplied.

The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
