Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy
At ViofoUK we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. Every enquiry is handled individually to ensure the best possible outcome.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
14-Day Right to Cancel
If you purchased your order online, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right:
If the goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this results in a reduction in their value, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect that loss in value.

If you cancel your order within your statutory 14-day cancellation period, we will refund:
If you selected an upgraded or express delivery service, we will refund only the cost of our standard delivery option.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned, where applicable).
Unless the goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as ViofoUK cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, ViofoUK offers a voluntary 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on dash cameras purchased directly from our website.

This Satisfaction Guarantee is entirely separate from your statutory rights and does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Faulty Products
If you believe your product has developed a fault, please contact us before returning it so we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

Returned products are inspected and tested by our technical team.
Inspection may take up to 21 days from receipt.
During inspection we may verify:
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed:
Within 30 days of delivery, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
After 30 days, we will normally offer a repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.
Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed within 14 days of the decision.
If testing confirms no manufacturing fault is present, we may return the item and reserve the right to recover reasonable inspection or carriage costs where appropriate.
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incomplete.
We may request:
Where tracking confirms successful delivery and there is insufficient evidence of loss or damage, we reserve the right to decline a claim.
Customers are expected to cooperate fully with any courier investigation.
Warranty
All VIOFO dash cameras supplied by ViofoUK include an 18-month manufacturer's warranty.
This warranty may be extended to 24 months where the product is successfully registered with VIOFO.
Unless otherwise stated, accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only.
The warranty does not cover:
Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.
Returning Items
Please do not return any item without first contacting our customer support team for an RMA number.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may delay processing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
