Delivery Information

At ViofoUK, we aim to dispatch every order quickly and securely. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you as safely and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high demand, dispatch times may occasionally be longer.

UK Delivery

We offer a range of Royal Mail UK delivery services at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are intended as guidance only. While we do everything possible to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to amend the delivery address. If an incorrect address has been provided, the order cannot be redirected or updated. In this situation, the order will need to be cancelled (where possible) and a new order placed using the correct delivery address.

Any additional courier charges incurred as a result of an incorrect delivery address, including return or reshipping costs, may be the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will investigate the shipment with the courier.

Claims for parcels shown as delivered should be reported promptly. We may request supporting information while the courier completes its investigation.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please retain the packaging and provide photographs of:

• The outer packaging
• Any internal packaging
• The damaged item(s)

This allows us to investigate the issue quickly and arrange an appropriate resolution.
