A229 Pro Tele pairs the 4K IMX678 front camera with a dedicated 2K IMX675 telephoto camera using true 4× optical zoom. The 3CH version adds a separate 1080P rear channel.
The telephoto camera is not digital zoom: its narrow optical lens puts distant vehicles and number plates much larger in the recorded 2K frame.
Front uses IMX678 8MP; telephoto uses IMX675 5MP. Both support HDR.

The A229 family combines dual-band Wi‑Fi, direct USB 2.0 transfer on supported models, voice control, built-in GPS and optional Bluetooth remote control.
Connect through the VIOFO App for live view, settings, playback and downloads. The 5GHz band is the faster option for larger files; 2.4GHz remains available for compatibility.
