The HK4 hardwires compatible Type-C VIOFO dash cams into permanent and ignition-switched vehicle power. ACC detection lets the camera move between driving and parking modes automatically, while four selectable voltage thresholds help protect the vehicle battery.

A hardwire kit removes reliance on the 12V socket and gives a compatible VIOFO camera the permanent and ACC feeds it needs for automatic parking-mode operation.
HK4 monitors supply voltage and stops powering the dash cam when the selected threshold is reached.
Choose the appropriate cut-off on the HK4 control module. If the vehicle battery falls to that threshold, the hardwire kit stops supplying the camera rather than continuing to draw power indefinitely.
The HK4 is designed for 12–24V vehicle input, making it suitable for a broad range of compatible cars and commercial vehicles when correctly installed.
The red lead connects to constant battery power, yellow to an ACC/switched fuse and black to ground. Fuse locations vary by vehicle, so identify the correct circuits before installation.
Route the power cable from the fuse box to the camera behind the vehicle trim, avoiding moving parts and airbag deployment paths.
On supported VIOFO cameras, connect the HK4 to the designated GPS/power input shown for the camera rather than simply using any Type-C socket.
Battery+ provides constant power, ACC detects ignition state, Ground completes the vehicle-side connection and the Type-C plug supplies the dash cam.
